The perfect sweet and sour chicken recipe by your favorite channel Food Fusion #HappyCookingToYou Sweet n Sour Chicken Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Chicken boneless ½ kg -Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1 large -Corn flour ½ Cup -Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp -Pani (Water) 2 tbs or as required -Oil for frying For Sauce: -Oil 1 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) cubes ¼ Cup -Red bell pepper cubes ¼ Cup -Yellow bell pepper cubes ¼ Cup -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ¼ Cup -Pineapple cubes ¼ Cup -Oil 1 tsp -Tomato ketchup 4 tbs -Brown sugar powdered 4 tbs -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste -Pineapple juice ¾ Cup -Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs -Corn flour 1 tbs -Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs Directions: -In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,egg white,corn flour,all-purpose flour,salt,garlic powder,white pepper powder and mix well. -Add water,mix well and set aside. -In wok,heat oil and fry chicken until golden brown & set aside. -In wok,add oil,onion,red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper,capsicum and stir-fry for 1 minute. -Add pineapples,mix well and take out in a bowl. -In the same wok,add oil,tomato ketchup,brown sugar,soy sauce,salt,pineapple juice,vinegar and mix well. -In corn flour,add water and mix well. -In wok,add dissolve corn flour,mix well and cook until desired consistency. -Now add fried chicken,stir-fried vegetables and give it a good mix. -Serve with rice.
